You must have conversational Korean skills to understand work instructions. If your Korean is insufficient, you can first spend a month in Daegu or Seoul taking intensive Korean courses through our job assistance partner or our partner school. After a month, your level should be good enough for the job.
You are expected to be serious and motivated to complete your work. Once the position has been confirmed and you have accepted it, you should not cancel your commitment for minor reasons. Punctuality and meticulous execution of your tasks are required! Excellent work ethic is expected of you; it's part of Korean culture! This may involve demanding work with shifts that end late at night and begin early in the morning.
